What forms of payments do you accept?

We accepts all major credit cards (including American Express), debit cards, checks and cash.  Also PayPal for online purchases. 

If we receive an NSF check ("bounced check") - it will cost you.  You will be charged a returned check fee for $25.  You must come in the store to pay the amount of the original transaction, plus the $25 returned check fee with cash, cashiers check, or money order only. 


What is your return / exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Caroline and Company, but if you are not satisfied please let us know. With your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) within ten (10) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. Sale items are a final purchase and cannot be returned or refunded.

Please note:  Wall art, furniture, and lamps must be returned within 3 days.  After 3 days, it is a final sale.   

We apologize, but we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items. All sales are final on seasonal and sale items. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also not returnable, unfortunately we cannot resell them. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify Caroline and Company within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace it.

Returns are simple! You can return it in our store at 1800 Kaliste Saloom Rd  Ste 100 Lafayette, LA 70508.  Or you may send us an email (shopgirl@carolineandco.com) letting us know you would like to return or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.  Once we have received the item being returned, you will receive refund (if it's within 10 days of purchase) or a store credit (after 10 days of purchase). This does not apply to sale items.   All sale items are a final purchase.
