Where are you located and what are your store hours?

Caroline & Company is located at 113 Arnould Boulevard just off of Johnston Street in Lafayette. We are between Brother’s and Jason’s Deli in “The Boulevard” shopping center. We  are also the Gift Store at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center on the first floor ( 4801 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy) Our store hours are Monday – Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm. November - December we are open on Sundays from 12pm-5pm.  Or shop online 24/7!

What services do you provide to your customers?

Caroline & Company offers many services to make you shopping as easy as possible! We offer complimentary gift wrapping, gift certificates, gift registry, “wish list” registry, layaway, monogramming and UPS shipping for pre-paid packages and for items purchased in-store. When you call ahead, we can even have your gift wrapped and waiting for you when you arrive!

Does Caroline & Company ship gifts purchased in the store or various other items?

We are an Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet, so we can package and ship any items that have been purchased from Caroline & Company.  You can also bring pre-paid packages only for us to ship for you. We do not accept outside items to be shipped. This service will be very convenient for you to ship your Holiday packages to family and friends. We offer UPS ground delivery, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air. We also ship USPS.

Where do you ship?

As of now, we can only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Do you monogram on items not purchased in your store?

Of course we do! We will gladly monogram any item you previously own as well as many items we sell in our shop. Many typestyles, monogram designs, colors, and sizes are available. Some of our most popular items to monogram are totes, baby blankets, children’s clothing, towels, and more! Our only request is that items not purchased in our store be brought in person so that we can assist you in your selection of fonts and colors.

What is “wish list” registry?

Wish List registry has become a hit with our customers both in the store and online! Shop around the site or come in the shop, browse around and pick out items you wish you would receive as a gift for an upcoming birthday, anniversary, Christmas, or other occasion. We will keep your selections on file and can offer the items on the list as recommendations to your friends and family who come in to shop for you! Of course, we offer Baby Registrys and Wedding Registry also!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Caroline and Company, but if you are not satisfied please let us know. With your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) within ten (10) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. We apologize, but we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items. All sales are final on seasonal and sale items. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also not returnable, unfortunately we cannot resell them. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify Caroline and Company within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace it.

Returns are simple! You can return it in our store at 113 Arnould Boulevard Lafayette, LA 70506. Or you may send us an email (shopgirl@carolineandco.com) letting us know you would like to return or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.
