Shipping Policy

Caroline and Company’s standard shipping option is UPS Ground, which will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive unless requested otherwise. If monogramming is requested, your order will be shipped after production based on your preferred shipping method. Depending on the item ordered, please allow an additional 5-7 business days if monogramming is requested. 

Items requesting one or two day air will be processed immediately, you should receive your item when requested. All orders requesting overnight service or 2 business days must be ordered before 12 noon (central time) of that same day to be shipped that day. For your convenience, you can place your order online or pick up at the store if in stock. Please keep in mind, we do not ship to post office boxes and currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, but this may change soon so keep checking back.

Orders placed after 12 (noon) on Friday will be processed on Monday.
